In order to achieve our goals we’re seeking a talented Content Manager to grow alongside our Head of Marketing.

Missions
Role
We are seeking a full-time Content & Social Media Manager to join our passionate marketing team that values free-flowing creativity, analytical decision-making, and launching trendsetting campaigns.
You will help each team discover, own, and execute Bolero's next music releases for 10x growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to take on this world-changing opportunity, and together, we will ensure that this will be the best role of your career.
Mission
As our Content & Social Media Manager, your mission will include:
- Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience, showcasing the benefits of investing in music rights and earning royalties: from finance-oriented Newsletters to Youtube videos about the music industry, it’s about bridging two world. Create compelling and engaging posts, videos, and graphics that capture the essence of the brand and drive community participation. Being confortable in front of a camera will be a huge plus.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and engaged community by proactively interacting with users, responding to inquiries, and cultivating meaningful conversations around finance, music and co-ownership. Maintain a strong presence across various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord.
- Brand Advocacy: Be the voice and ambassador of Bolero, effectively communicating the platform's unique value proposition and mission to community members. Foster brand loyalty by consistently delivering valuable and authentic content that aligns with the interests and aspirations of the community.
- Assets Releases: Coordinate and promote the release of new assets (catalogs & songs), ensuring community members are informed and excited about the opportunity to earn royalties from the music they love.
- Creators Announcements: Play a key role in announcing and promoting new creators joining Bolero, generating anticipation and excitement within the community. Collaborate with the Music team to create impactful campaigns that highlight the artists' stories, music, and the benefits of their involvement with Bolero.
- Platform Life: Provide regular updates and insights on the platform's developments, improvements, and upcoming features. Keep the customer base and the community updated about changes, events, and opportunities, fostering a sense of ownership and participation in shaping the future of the company.
Profil
What we are excited about
- Your in-depth knowledge of the music industry, including stakeholders behind an artist's career, record production, artistic trajectory, and artist breakthroughs.
- Your familiarity with the world of personal finance and fintech would be an asset.
- Your expertise on how to record and edit videos, and your curiosity about interacting with the algorithms. Your ease to work with the latest AI tools to optimize your workflow.
- Your successful experience in growing a brand or community on social media platforms.
- Your daily use and interaction with social media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter, and Discord, and your personal brand growth.
- Your excellent copywriting, public speaking, and social skills.
- Your ability to work effectively in teams, give and receive feedback, identify issues, and provide solutions.
- Your proactive approach and abundance of ideas.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is mandatory, with a third language being a plus.
- 2-3 years of experiences in agencies or in a consumer-app startup in BtoC

Package
Compensation are competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a full-time role that includes medical insurance, paid time off, transport allowance and the possibility to work from home.
Based in Paris, France.
