Missions

The Junior Project Manager is an entry-level position for individuals who have the basic skills required to build a career in Project Management. It requires a high level of organization and communication skills and a mind-set to bring together individuals as a project team to achieve a common goal. The Jr Project Manager supports the PM team with project-related tasks and workflow management. May manage small projects or parts of projects.

The Junior Project Manager is line-managed by the Project Management Department and has reporting responsibility to the leadership of the brand/s on which they work.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Agency Operations

Helps team manage communications via team site administration and status reporting.
Helps team manage job related documentation.
Supports team inputting data into systems (i.e. NetSuite, Jira).
Knowledge

Willing to learn general agency workflow and process in routing tasks.
Understands the importance of communication and developing relationships. A self-starter and curious to learn and support the team.
Continuously learning technology.
Tactics and Execution

Execution: Closely supports the PM team by implementing process on a job-by-job basis. Diligently and flawlessly executes on assigned area of project.
Record keeping: Keeps accurate and organized records of estimates, timelines and revisions. Contributes to accurate and thorough documentation of other records: status reports, etc.
Organizing: On point for organizing and inventorying project-related assets.
Internal Relationships: Develops strong and positive working relationships with account, creative, finance, and other departments.
Assists with the creation of project estimates and project plans via a cross-capability collaborative approach.
Supports manager on various initiatives.
Helps team manage communications via team site administration and status reporting.
Solution oriented. Resourceful. Knows when to alert management to an issue.
Other

Participate in the Agency’s Performance Management Process, including self-evaluation; establish goals settings and offers 360 feedback upon request for work colleagues and/or management.
Supports Manager in various tasks
Fiscally responsible by remaining aware of the scope/budget associated with each project.
Ability to effectively prioritize workload and exercise time management skills

Profil

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in a related field with a minimum of one to two years of relevant market experience; interactive agency setting preferred.
Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented nature.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Has fundamental business writing skills; able to write and verbally communicate for multiple audiences.
Interest in digital and technology.

Fluent verbal and written English essential; other languages desirable.

Salaire : Gratification + 50% transport + 20 tr/mois + 1 jour off/mois
