We create provocative, award-winning advertising for healthcare professionals and consumers; provide an integrated array of medical education services; and educate both the medical and consumer communities about disease and treatment awareness.

We also provide strategic consultation for optimizing communications to healthcare professionals, payers, patients, and consumers.

Missions

To provide day to day management of global accounts in the healthcare category, working with the wider team to ensure delivery of all tactical projects.

Responsibilities:
General Administration
• Ensures traffic sheets are prepared in good time each week
• Ensures status reports are regularly updated and sent to the client every week
• Ensures production schedules are developed and followed for each project
• Contact reports are written and circulated within 24 hours of a meeting once approved by AD
• Daily completion of timesheets

Project Development
• Masters tactical planning and implementation
• Develop strategic skills
• Ensures all creative and tactics developed support the brand strategy and positioning
• Continually seeks brand building opportunities and ways to overcome obstacles
• Participates in development of a strategic communications plan with alignment between issues, strategies, and tactics
• Works with team to ensure all work is delivered on time and accurately
• Knows, understands and can interpret brand data
• Accurate and timely briefing of jobs into studio/with operations
• Timely briefing of production for promotional items and print

Briefing
• Able to develop inspirational written creative briefs
• Strong verbal briefing skills

Finance
• Maintains financial control of all client work (estimates, jobs, fees, billing) within the guidelines of the client’s budget
• Setting and delivery of budget for each client
• Generates SOW for fee development
• Invoices jobs promptly
• Prepares forecasts and updates monthly with Account Director
• Good commercial understanding

Client Management
• Maintains key client contact and ensures the client is kept informed of the status of all jobs and ongoing progress
• Conducts face to face meetings including presentations as required
• Delivers recommendations for tactics to continually strengthen quality of client relations
• Manages client expectations
• Able to interpret briefings from clients
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of materials and ensuring that they are delivered on brief and on time
• Anticipates client requirements and proactively suggests additional/alternative ideas
• Ensures the Account Director and wider team are regularly updated


New Business
• Provides support on pitches

Profil

Requirements:
• Educated to Degree level or above
• Relevant experience in account services at a healthcare communications agency or in the healthcare industry (3 years min)

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and administration skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to plan work and develop timelines
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Team player
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Strategic thinking oriented
• English: mother tongue if possible. French is a plus.
