As a part of the Jellyfish Creative & Experience community in Paris, you join a young and dynamic line-up of social media and creative experts. Your mission: under the leadership of social media managers and sales partners, you execute and enhance social media strategies, produce good content on social networks and help analyse usage data.

Missions

As a community manager, you’ll need to:
- Contribute to the deployment of animation and content strategies (editorial calendar, community operations, post copywriting & creative brief) with the various stakeholders identified at the clients and internally
- Develop creative and engaging social media contents for the clients
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels
- Monitor content production with the internal studio, publish and liaise with the media agency
- Ensure the follow-up of the animations put in place: definition of performance indicators, reports, proposal of permanent optimizations of the animations
- Take on some customer social conversations, according to the client’s policy
- Recommend improvements to increase performance on the client’s accounts
- Listen to customer needs, providing clarifications and educational elements, while being aware of sensitive topics to avoid or defuse

Profil

- You are organised, autonomous and flexible, able to prioritise tasks (and know to be reactive in an emergency situation)
- You have a minimum knowledge of graphic design (such as Photoshop Elements) and have significant previous experiences (+3 years) within a digital or creative agency
- If you have some experience in using social media tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, it’s welcome…
- Proactive and curious, you are willing to bring in your excellence in the field of social media culture and platforms
- Native in French, Fluent in English
- Bachelor degree or higher
